Product Capabilities
Liquids
State-of-the-art, new liquid manufacturing tanks, ranging from small batch 250L tanks to 10,000L batches. Ability to produce liquids, suspensions, creams, ointments and gels.
Tablets
We offer high-volume tablet manufacturing, meeting your needs from single to bi-layer tablets. We handle all sizes and shapes, including uncoated and fully coated options, utilizing a large fleet of high-speed presses.
Capsules
Two-piece hard-shell capsule capacity available using the most up to date equipment throughout the facility. We have the ability to assist with your formulations and to tailor capsule formats and size to meet your needs. Including full capsule inspection, metal detection and polishing services.
Wet & Dry Granulations
Our significant solid dose facility produces high volumes of tablets, from micro dose to standard formulations, across numerous flexible suites. We offer a wide spread of high-quality options, including wet granulation (high/low shear), dry blend, and de-humidified processes.
Powders
High capacity powder blending, produced in a pharmaceutical grade clean environment, including humidity-controlled options.
Ointments
Ability to produce a full range of ointments, for therapeutic and non-therapeutic applications at a wide range of viscosities.
Probiotics
Our facility is one of Australia's largest dedicated humidity-controlled sites for probiotics and sensitive applications. We are a category leader, offering full end-to-end capability in dispensing, blending, tableting, encapsulating, and powder filling.
Oral Liquids
We can manufacture all forms of oral liquids and suspensions (prescription, OTC, and supplements). Our experienced technical, innovation, and QC teams ensure high efficacy in delivering a wide range of active ingredients.

Full suite of lotions, gels and liquid based products available. These include lotions and gels for pharmaceutical applications through to sports and recreational applications and usage.
