Product Capabilities

Carded Blister Pack

Carded blister packaging formats available, utilising transparent plastics to allow full product visibility. Printed backing cards can be used for maximum shelf impact.

Hand Assembly

Automated and manual tray and hood packing, auto tray and shrink, perforated shelf ready cartoning, all packaging formats including RSC, wraparound, interlock and crash lock base plus taped, glued or folded construction.

Shrink Wrap

Tray and shrink solutions that include clear and printed films, LDPE and polyolefin films, individual finished good lines, multi-packs, picking units or transport formats, L-Bar, and Bundle wrap.

Repackaging & Relabelling

We allow brands to quickly rework their product ready for market. Services include repairing damaged stock, over stickering, re-packaging, re-labelling or packaging replacement to suit local supermarkets and retailer shelf requirements.

Auto-Cartoning

Automatic Cartoning fo r products including sachets, doy pouches, biscuits, confectionar y bars, cans, trays and cereals, all in single or multi-sample fo r mats. Vertical fo r ming, filling and sealing available with auto-cartoning.

POS Displays (Towers, CDU's, Trays)

We provide a complete range of solutions and services including gondola end displays, rainbow pallets, display stands, towers, gift boxing, Gift With Purchase and VAP projects.

Labelling

Wrap around labels, front and / or back labels, promotional labels, compliance labels including both import and export, barcode, TUN, SSCC print and application label printing on-line.

Clean-Room Packaging

All manufacturing and many packing services available in clean room environments, supported by robust quality systems and processes.

Skillet Cartoning

Automated skillet erection, glue (using pre-glued or heat activated adhesives), fill and close.

Temperature Controlled Food Packing Environment

Significant infrastructure available in conjunction with our BRC accreditation to offer a full range of value-added contract packing services for climate controlled, refrigerated and frozen products.

Shrink Sleeving

Shrink Sleeve labels are full-colour 360-degree printed labels that utilise heat or steam in the application process to conform the label to the shape of the product to which it is applied. We have capability with radiant heat and steam to sleeve almost anything.
