Our newest site Probiotec Multipack in Kemps Creek, NSW, is Australia’s largest full-service primary and secondary packing operation, specialising in GMP/TGA, APVMA, and FMCG co-packing services.
The site is also the country’s largest packer of imported medicines, helping clients significantly reduce high and restrictive freight costs on finished goods.
This state-of-the-art packing facility holds a prestigious 6-star environmental rating, setting a new benchmark for commercial properties.

Blister
We offer high-quality, flexible, and cost-effective blister packaging solutions using numerous fully automated, high-speed lines. Our service includes a wide range of tooling, world-leading QC, cutting-edge technology, and serialization.
Bottles (Solid Dose)
We offer high-speed bottling for all your tablets, capsules, gummies, and soft gels. This includes small to high unit counts in various bottle formats (round/square), with single/double-sided labeling and cartoning options.
Bottles (Liquid)
High speed filling of glass, PET and other bottle formats from 10ml – 2lt fill volumes. Including full automation, vision systems, induction sealing, cup insertion, labelling and cartoning.
Sachets, Pouches, Tins, Bags
Probiotec offers strong capability in sachet filling for ambient and humidity-controlled products, ranging from 2g up to 250g. We provide automatic and semi-automatic cartoning or packing to meet final client needs.
Jars
Probiotec accommodates all jar and tub packaging formats, with capability to fill powders, creams, and similar products ranging from 5g to 1L and above.
Tubes
We are strongly positioned in metal and plastic tube filling (liquid, cream, and ointment). Our high-speed equipment can meet a wide range of needs, filling 5g to 200g. We also offer automatic cartoning and all expected in-line quality checks.
Nasal Sprays
Probiotec is a leading manufacturer of nasal sprays, offering filling capabilities for formats from 5ml to 100ml (including primary and refill packs). We provide full labeling, cartoning, and downstream options to complete your production needs.
